Goryeo Ginseng
Goryeo Ginseng :

It has been used as a tonic in the oriental world including Korea and China. It is being produced in the United States, Russia, and Japan, but Korean ginsengs are being recognized as the world-best ginsengs as they contain 30 types of saponin, much more than 14 types of the US and 15 types of Chinese ginsengs.

 
Varieties of Goryeo Ginseng :
- Fresh Ginseng: Harvested ginseng after 4 ~ 6 years (fresh state)
- White Ginseng: Dried fresh ginseng
- Red Ginseng: Carefully selected 6-year-old fresh ginsengs, steam them with the peels intact and dry them (dark red or brown in color)

Mushrooms
Agaric

Agarics are usually used as food material, and water accounts for 90% of agarics and the rest part is protein, fat, and mineral. Agarics taste good, and are very low in calory. Pocheon Rice Wine

Pocheon Rice Wine was made with fresh water in beautiful mountains in Pocheon. It is famous as its high quality and unique taste. Pocheon Rice Wine Gold made only with rice for the excellent rice wine taste has thick and clean taste.

Idong Rice Wine

“Deep taste from mineral water of Baekwun Mountain"

Idong rice wine made in the brewery which had made liquor for the king in the Chosun era are highly recognized with its clean and thick taste. In particular, mineral water from 200m deep in Baekwun Mountain valleys is used to make Idong Rice Wine, and it is unique in that it does not make any sediment even when it is kept still for five or six days, differently from other rice wine products.
